We can also provide local, onsite telephone systems with T1 lines for those that require such a setup. We use Yealink telephones for all of our customers’ phone systems as they are equipped with voicemail, auto attendant, advanced call routing, among many other features.

How does it work?
Our Managed Telephone Systems service allows communications with your entire business by dialing one phone number. When customers call, a professionally recorded virtual receptionist will answer the call and route it according to your business needs. With Interactive Voice Response (IVR), this phone system even allows customers to simply speak to the receptionist and be routed to a desired extension.
Calls can be routed directly to an employee or to an entire department. Whether you’re in the office, at home, or on the go, the “follow me” feature of this system will allow you to take calls from anywhere.
If you are not available, Comminovo’s state of the art advanced voicemail will take the message and notify you through email and/or text message. You can then retrieve the messages via phone or email.
